WS1 (15/9) med Sara Westin and Juan-Pablo Canavire
Tema: Musikalitet – Musicality Class
In this class, we will focus on how to dance both rhythmically and melodically, exploring how our bodies and weight can express different musical qualities. We’ll learn to move with weight in a falling motion, which gives us a sense of surrendering to the rhythm, and how to maintain a sustained weight for a more controlled and fluid movement. We’ll also look at how to use the body’s energy to speed up or slow down the movement, adapting to the various dynamics of the music. The goal is for each step and movement to reflect what we’re hearing, allowing us to interpret the music in a richer and more varied way.
Nivåbeskrivning: Medel (har gått Cambalaches kurser 1-4 eller motsvarande) / Avancerad
Pris för 3-timmars workshop: 350 kr/person. (OBS: Det blir en liten paus mellan lektionerna, men föreningen ordnar inget fika. Ta med egen lunch/fika/mellanmål.)
